I’m Dan

I am an Industrial Design graduate from Northumbria University. Through design I enjoy exploring different materials, new manufacturing processes and what a greener future could look like.  I enjoy the whole process of design, from deep dive research and understanding to fully realised application.

But design isn’t everything. I also enjoy sports, I captained the Northumbria Men’s 2’s Hockey team in my final year of university. I like pushing myself and seeing my limits. I ran my first trail marathon in August. I completed a Ironman 70.3 in June last year.  All of my external hobbies and interests have influenced the designs I have done up until now, and I hope that they continue to in the future.
